Lightning Liquid

It was meant to be just a fun experimental drug...

When my friend showed me the bottle, it didn't look like anything special. It was a clear glass bottle with some sort of blue-ish liquid in it. Matt laughed as he spun the bottle in his hands, creating a miniature water tornado. That's when I saw it, small lightning sparks going across the liquid. "So what's this called?" I asked Matt, feeling unsure about the situation.
