The Coronation

There is a fine line
Between science and magic
There is a fine line
Between duty and darkness
The Duke who would be king
Danced that line and failed
Through mathematics and astronomy
He found dark allies
Who lurk in other worlds
Waiting to come in
There is a fine line
Between those who are of shadow
And we who guard the shadows
To keep the dark things out
There is a fine line
Between coronation and assassination
Between a crown on royal head
And arrow through royal heart
