A humans struggle along natures wild pathways.


The Hobo Story

A hobo scraggly and thin
pokes his nose into a bin
in his hand appears a bottle of gin
another hobo bops him over the head
says l win
and watches as he drops dead

wearing a grin
he says to Fred
life is brutal
so full of dread
when one has no bread
but l can console myself
with a bottle of gin
