A haiku about sand piper prints being wash away, then replaced by new ones.

A haiku written for "Invalid Item"  (Bi-Weekly Oriental Poetry Contest). No prompt given, just poem style requirement. I think sand pipers are cute, so I included mention of one here.

Sandy shores of salt
Scrubbed clean by maiden blue waves
Await piper prints
