Unchanged and Untamed

My newest poem.

Now more than ever
The time has not been better
Feeling more clever
Better late than never
Echoing into forever
Taking this journey together
One step at a time
Moving further on down the line
Minds are put at ease
Open to receive
Planting the seed
Just have to believe
No longer needing to deceive
Ourselves into spreading more grief
What a relief
Finding more of what lies beneath
Peeling away the layers
Not feeling scared
Now being prepared
Discovering all that has been there
Ever since the first dawn
Existing all along
Not yet too far gone
An eternal flame still remains
Staying the same
Unable to be changed
Never to be tamed...
