Glory

This is about rising above tribulations by faith.

David danced a dance of freedom.
David sang and played his harp.
Arrows were pointed at him.
They were big and they were sharp.
JESUS walked a road of sorrow
though He is God's precious son.
He was buried in the darkness.
satan thought his deed was done.
Then something glorious happened, something I can't quite explain.
JESUS danced just like David!
JESUS danced above the pain!
When I think I just can't stand it.
and I don't even want to try
when I think the world would be happier
if I'd hurry up and die
when I'm weary from life's heartache
when my body's filled with pain
when I'm in tribulation
wondering if I'll ever walk again
then something glorious happens
something I can't quite explain.
I begin to sing like David
and I dance above the pain.
When our travels here are ended
and we close our eyes to rest
when we're waiting at the throne room
knowing that we've passed our tests
we'll dance a dance of freedom.
we'll sing songs of grace.
we can dance and sing with Jesus
when we see Our Savior's face!!!
