Your head would pound with the automatic thoughts of them

Thinking to yourself:
Why is it people think I come up with excuses for him?
Why does he think I’m excusing myself from a situation when it’s the truth?

Ever put so much love towards someone?
You did whatever it was to please them,
leaving you to forget about you

Ever gave someone your all?
They took it, shut you out and didn’t think much of your feelings
Your heart would feel drained because it feels like they left you
