Awkward

A funny incident occurred when my better half saw my poems

Oh my darling, what have you asked me to do!
Write a poem, within this very second, write I do
Starring at my face, putting up a huge smile on your face
Makes my stomach go change its pace
Sets me to a funny awkwardness, blasting myself off with sincere laughter
Oh my sweetheart, how do I put this in words!
These butterflies in my stomach won't let me do
I guess this is me blushing, and yes, I love you!
