Being present

Let the air in deeply and slowly,
Exhale even slower, with great patience
with no rush
Every moment
the now
Stay here
In the present

You, love, are the air that I breath
My life, my world, my everything

I just want to perfect this
and make it habit

This is not a close your eyes and push on
This is an open eyes and open heart

Time to stop being in the world I hyperventilate
