A short poem I wrote about a tv show

I once had a dream
and the shot rang out,
arrow's aim taken true
There I fell.
To the sun drenched
pavement I went.
Perspiring.
Expiring
within the peaceful mayhem;
and I lay there forever,
until they called me away
to a new beginning.
