The Mind

Corrupted is the mind,
Full of sinful thoughts,
Encrusting, entombing, imprisoning,
Its entire prisoner.

Corrupted is the mind,
Unsatisfied to all extent,
Demanding, controlling, manipulating,
Its petty prey.

Corrupted is the mind,
A damned sinner,
Abusing, torturing, killing,
Its innocent lamb.

Corrupted is the mind,
Silently searing; smoothly seizing.
