A contemporary fiction poem about privacy |
| From Ghana To Shanghai From Ghana to Shanghai We watch you every hour. Sentry’s atop buildings, Watchers in the trees. We know more about you, Then you do about yourself. We watch every pixel intently, Studying how you take a breath. We count ever beat your heart makes, And every gallon of sweat fell. Measurements have been made, Kept in the vaults of the mount. You do not see us the way we see you, We do not see you at all. We watch without eyes, We look without sight. ~Xylus Winters |
