Lost Within Myself

I am lost within my mind, trying to break free

There's a storm causing mayhem inside my head.
Twisting, twirling like a tornado.
Thoughts come cascading down-
like a rainfall.
Filling the calm seas with the wickedness within.
In the dark depths of the ocean,
A tsunami brews.
Slowly gathering strength.
It breaks the surface,
Cities crumble under the waves of its force.
My mind is lost,
reaching out,
someone take my hand.
Help me, I am drowning-
Sinking to the bottom of the ocean bed.
