I Think a Quill Be Noble.

What if, a Quill might have a memory or what if a Quill could speak,
would it tell of love and legalities or the poetry of Kings.
Would it tell of wills and will-you-nots or say nothing of such things.
Would it be a helpless blabbermouth and waffle loud and long,
or just divulge small titbits to keep us hanging on.

No, I think a Quill be noble and though have keen memory,
would never share a single word of anything it's ever heard
with the likes of you and me.
