Judging people on how they look
Has seemed easy thus far
However, it’s what’s inside ourselves
That tells us who we are
My father may be large
And seem intimidating to you
But he is a very peaceful man
Who can make a delicious stew
A girl may seem beautiful
On the outside but just wait
Inside may be an icy heart
That knows nothing except hate
If you want to really know a person
Try to see what’s inside
You may find a good friend or loved one
Beneath a monstrous hide
