His touch hurt my soul,
My life was bleak,
Disappearing into blackness.

I finally am free from the devil’s grasp.
But still in sleep, I see his eyes,
Forever, disappearing into blackness.

Seasons have come
Seasons have gone
Years, disappearing into blackness.
