Unforeseen results from strange DNA

We couldn't have known! It was an experiment, a safe one at that. Well, it should have been, it was; except for this one rabbit. Apparently, it had an odd DNA that we didn't know about. How were we supposed to know? Yes, people are saying, well you're the scientists, you should have known, but we don't know everything. None of us could have foreseen that a simple drug would mutate into a virus.
