你使我快乐                               You make me happy
你说我名字                               [when] you say my
的时候我正                               name, I truly
觉得很开心                               rejoice at the sound

所以我得说                               therefore I must say
谢谢你可是                               thank you, however
我不能说正                               I can't say just
我多么爱你                               how much I love you
