train of thought

As with most things I write/type, I do so with a train of thought a keyboard/pen and few revisions. This has very many setbacks but I hope more than a few benefits in both my personal ability and your - the reader's - opinion.

I'd like to write today about neuro-plasticity and some of my time in prison.
So I am maybe 4 - 6 years into, what turned into 9 years, of a sentence I rightfully was serving for the GBH of two men a little older than me, I was sent down aged 21 (first time ever) and they were 23 - 25 as I remember it. I'll make one excuse, they addmitted they took lots of cocaine and started a fight and my "friend" tricked me into fighting - otherwise, I hurt them badly, I paid the price.
