Hot Pack Canning

Dry pack canning locks in freshness,keeps
nuts and seeds from going stale.
Things like flour ,powdered milk, baking items ,
oatmeal etc. it kills bugs and eggs from
ruining stored products.
Reg type containers will keep for awhile but
eventually go stale and little critters appear.
