Love's Journey

Poem I wrote about me and my fiance~entering it into contest!~

Part of me is lost
when I'm not with you
We have such a bond
a love that's so true

You've completed me
in so many ways
With you I shall spend
the rest of my days

Grow old together
our souls blend as one
Living in this life
till our time is done

You've taught me so much
opened up my eyes
Always keep fighting
be the one who tries

A whole other world
there for me to see
It had to be you
who showed it to me

Fate really happens
we know that is true
God gave me a gift
Thankfully it's you
