Seeing yourself like never before

I look at her with total disgust and shame
All of her problems, I'm sure she's to blame
Low self esteem, full of anger and fear
I don't understand why she's still here
A person like her just doesn't belong
Everything she does is always wrong
A shell of the person she used to be
What will it take for her just to see?
Our eyes lock deep into a stare
Scares me how much I really don't care
