The Longest Day

WdC prompt

"Sir, you can't park that ostrich here."

There I was. Downtown Kenosha, WI. Being harassed by the police.

"What do you mean?" I asked "The sign says no parking 6 a.m. to 4 p.m., and it's 7:15"

"Except on Sundays" He said as he pointed to the sign with his flashlight.

"Oh, right. My apologies. I'll move it right away"

And I mounted my ostrich and parked in a garage.
