The Need for Wisdom and Love

Some folks are simply awful beyond words, but we can't live without grief - a poem.

What we need from people
We simply cannot or will not get -
Many folks have such
An oddball science of justice
That we may never recover
From the disappointment
And sheer loathing.
But humanity shall continue
To serve as the unrivalled
And noblest means
Of a just and sacred life;
For humans honor and mirror
The loving truth of the Blessed Almighty,
The miracle of Heaven, their home,
And the intolerant,
Though inextricable beauty
Of the amazing and wondrous Earth.
