An Alliance soldier travels to a war-torn planet, her heritage quickly catches up

This project has taken the better part of nine months. I don't want you to just read it...I want you to read it and beat the heck out of it, then let me know what you think. This novel comes in at just over 49k words, a bit on the short side for teen/adult novels so there is plenty of room for edits/additions. I am making changes and updating every day until this thing is solid! I feel some parts are strong, but I'm unsure of my overall plot direction beginning around chapter four. I know how I wanted to begin and end, but getting to the end is, I feel, a little unfocused.

"Nathalya Harms has just received a promotion to "Ghost Agent" within the Alliance, which has begun a new war. The promotion comes with a dangerous and potentially deadly price tag and is sure to put her skills and training to the test. But it isn't long after arriving on the surface that she begins to suspect that she will have a larger part to play in the war for El'Anorath. Set in motion long ago, events of this planet's ancient history will make an unexpected come back with consequences that could throw the galaxy into unwelcome disarray. Nathalya must face her own people in order to put a stop to one man's dream to conquer all."
