Running as fast as there feet would carry them they sprinted through the brush. Their bodies begged them to stop as they pushed onward. Trees rustled as they scraped their arms and their legs, their arms and legs burned as a response but it wasn’t enough to stop they knew that if they stopped death would soon follow. Alexis begged and pleaded with Karen stop, but with the persistent feet she pushed forward.
“Karen you cant make it without me, you need me you have no idea where the house is,” Alexis spat with rage.
“I don’t have to make it to the house I just have to leave you here, he wont bother coming after me,” she said with pride.
