A Soundtrack for Life

Short story/poem thing. I wrote about me today.

I started bringing my phone to school, mostly to listen to music. Every
time I would put the ear buds into my ears, it was like the whole world slowed
down.

Like my short, but ever growing life was a movie... It gave me an
amazing feeling ever time I listened to my music.

Even on my short bus ride to my house. I'd put the ear buds in and block
the world out. I couldn't hear the noise, the confusion, the hustling of life
going past.

The bus would stop and I'd exit it. I'd slowly walk up my house, the
fall leaves blowing around me.

It was like I had a soundtrack for life.
