SMILE

smile even though it`s hurting
smile even though you might not care
smile throughout your own sorrow
smile through your tears

if there were one thing in this world
that could change my life around
that would have to be able to see you
smiling as you are walking around

smile when you think your lonely
smile when you feel afraid
smile when your really frowning
smile and show them that you are brave

if there was one thing that could help me
one single cure for my mistakes
that would have to be able to see you
and that beautiful smile you make

smile when you close your sweet eyes
smile as you fall asleep
smile when you wake up to a brand new day
smile for all the memories that you`ll keep

if there is one thing a favor I can ask of you
one task to fulfill before i die
then that would have to be the most beautiful thing
just simply watching you laugh and yes, smile
