this is a nature italian sonnet it is for a contest.

What Nature Brings

I look to the Heavens oh so very high

The birds flying so free capture my mind

As they take off flight they leave me behind

My heart feels empty, I‘m not free, I sigh

For nature it seems has no place for I

Butterflies fluttering  ’round every kind

Wish on a four leaf clover if you find

Hummingbird , dragonfly, and the firefly



Nature knows fury and also knows peace

That  is why I know I must be at one

She is the designer of our future

Nature is divine, she can make us cease

Disasters she’s shown us what she has done

Her beauty is worth her ramblings I’m sure.
