Home Again
As the days grow longer
And the knight grows stronger
He rides to the east, sword in hand.
He crosses the border
To provide law and order
Spreads justice and peace 'cross this land.

He's tired and he's scared
He's anxious but unaware
In a land where he does not belong.

Shadows in the moonlight
Something here's terribly wrong.

The silent storm breaks
Suddenly he awakes
His life is passing before his eyes.
And as he sheds his final tears
He remembers all the years.
He'll never get to tell her goodbye.

Now she looks out at the trees
And with a gentle, sighing breeze
She covers up her face... and she cries.

         And he knows... that he'll ever see home again
