The Lighthouse of You.

Everyone has had this lighthouse in their life.

You stand there alone, on the rocky shore of my heart.
Casting your illuminating glow, on all my darkest parts.
I am scared by your light, its purity.

My secrets hide in the fog, like ships moored off shore.
Fear, like a whipping wind, keeps me from you.
I strive forward through the fog and wind.

Your light guiding me to the safety that is you.
I lose my self, blinded by your light,
and crash upon the reef.
