I sit and watch the Buddha.

Placid smile,
eyes not shut.

Contemplating, seeking
nothing.
Wanting,  expecting
nothing.
Living, becoming
no-thing.

Not
moving
Not
seeking
Not
hearing.

Tasting
Every-thing.

No
meditation.
No
fluctuation.

Still, yet moving.

Melting, yet frozen.

Wide,
yet not expanding;
growing,
yet not
spreading.

Buddha mind
Resilient,
and soft.

Buddha mind
Empty,
Happy,
and endless.
