Heavens Fate

This is my first poem please let me know how it is :D

So begins the poison deep down inside
There's no where left to run nor hide
No one's left to keep me sane
From all the fears and the pain.

My heart is beating very fast
I know my time has come at last
Knowing that you've done your best
Send me home please let me rest.

Now my heart begins to slow
So let me take this final blow
There's nothing left to keep me here
The pain is gone no need to fear.

My time on Earth has come to end
It's time to stop, no more pretend
My life down here is now complete
It's high time now to admit defeat

Will I be sent high above
To sing with a morning dove
Or will I get sent underground
Where pain is constant all year round

Here I go can't turn back now
Time to take my final bow
It's time to see my final score
Let pain and misery be no more

Where I'm going there is no war
lend me your wing so I can soar
Way up here at Heaven's Gate,
here in Heaven is my fate
