Static Shoes

Shoes from New Jersey (just for fun).

When a gal in Bayonne designed shoes,
in New York her designs made the news.
One was the Christie line,
and they had a nice shine,
with high heels governed by plastic screws.

Shoes were shipped and she felt so composed,
(they were made for two new Broadway shows.)
But Alicia then cried
when both shows up and died
because all of the bridge lanes were closed.
