Broken

My heart has broken in two,
for i have lost you.
you were my life, my reason,
my very own completion,
and now your lost.

My world has come crashing down,
if i'm not careful i will drown,
waiting to see you again,
once my life is at its end.

I have to look to the future,
to complete my long adventure,
but i dearly miss you, my angel,
i will see you again, but farewell.

You are in a better place now; to stay forever,
but you'll always be in my heart, nearer,
there were good and bad times we went through,
the memories will always feel true,
what i feel can not be put into words,
i have to look forward, but for now i'm broken.
