A Love So True

A poem I once wrote for the love of my life.

We've had our mistakes
And I would know
But it's only the first step
In learning to grow

On thing is for sure
That we found love
And forever it will stay
Until our time in heaven above

Our lips locked
Hands held tight
Nothing has ever
Felt so right

Together we are bound
Fighting anything in our way
Nothing can separate us
Until death, in each other's arms we will lay
