A journey through the seasons of life |
| Pearl At waters fall life starts anew The swirling tide pulls life force through With damp and light soft form will take The twisted and hard shelled life will make Blooms and seed will all spill forth A brand new life in her waters warmth With gush and swirl her days begin To languor in the air and blooms of spring The summer's sun will stand her tall Sharing in her wisdom when autumn leaves fall Through winter toil she pays her dues A string of pearls will carry her through 'Till the end of days and nights, rain and dew She softly, bravely, slips into the earth While those around embrace all she was worth |
