Describing peoples obliviousness using the senses

Aren't I allowed to say you need glasses
Even when you can't see a thing.
Can't I say you need your hearing checked
Cause you never hear a single thing I say.
Should I be able to say you have no sense of smell
You can't even smell the tension.
Can I say that your tastebuds don't work,
I know you can't taste the lies going on.
Best of all I need to say that you can't feel
Everything that goes on around you doesn't seem to affect you at all!
While we are all falling apart you are fine because you can't sense anything!
