Hold On and Go

A person holds onto an angel waiting to fly away from Earth and into Heaven.

Kiss the scent of flowers,

Dripping like rain showers.

Follow the path into the light;

Surrender your touch to the night,

And sleep for more than just hours.



Sleep for days, months, years;

Relieve yourself of your tears.

No one will love you anymore,

Because I am with you forevermore

To erase all those horrendous fears.



Close your eyes and sleep another day,

You will come to me; you will stay.

Don't let go of my hand that holds

Like the burning hot sun of gold.

That is the only way to find your way.



Everything is in this place of purity;

You are the one and only

To do no wrong, to make no mistakes

Even though just one is all it takes,

So I will gluide with you holding onto me.
