Skillful Writer

A short note about a tongue utilised for divine purposes

My tongue is like

a pen of a skillful writer

Writing in the tablet of human hearts and

Adopting informal and formal styles of writing

To communicate glad tidings of freedom to the captives

Dropping a line with words of inspiration for someone about to give up

Inditing romantic notes for lovebirds

Composing hopefilled songs for the hopeless

Scribing epistles of courage to the faint hearted

It takes pleasure in ministering healing words to the wounded souls

Cause life i.e a concoction of good and bad days

Has had it's way with most of us

After all is said and done

None dare challenge me when I say

My tongue is like a pen of a skillful writer
