We Gotta get down in order to get up
Under pressure, rock bottom bound is enough

Stretch! Reach out prepare to fly
Explore the sky… this is the recipe to rise

Start with a pot, that’s the origin
Add selflessness and we’ll be better men

Old recipes aren't fresh, but they can be wise
Some things are best see through older eyes

Stir in some courage
Ignore distractions that exits only to discourage
Salty discord spoils the meal
Extract those ingredients and it’ll taste better still

Never be afraid to drop things. its not the end
Dirt is easily washed, then we can begin again

A heart that’s pure is the centerpiece to success
Protect others, and yours as well. Never neglect

Follow the heart and the fruit yielded will be the sweetest
Not a light mean, but we all should eat and digest this

Live your life, never tread in shoes that aren't size
Fear no failure, this is the recipe to rise
