Why does
this heart
care so much
when it know
that you
don't
care at all
why can
this heart
never forget
when it knows
you've forgotten
long ago
why does
this heart
yearn for when
you'll come back
when it knows
you'll never
bother
why does
this heart
long so much
when this
brain know
this will never work
and I'm not
an after thought
never crossing
your mind
