Work in Progress - please review!!

All you do is talk of fighting
You do your best to start one
but my heart's not really in it
I'm more angry at myself
for believing you this time.

I really tried to talk to you
I really, really wanted to
You just turn your face away
'cause you don't like to listen
and I'm forced to sit here silent.

I guess I knew it was over
the last time I saw this performance,
Everyone just dances to your whim.
Now I'm forced to be the villain
How dare I say "this can't go on".

I really tried to talk to you
I really, really wanted to
You're ready to 'forgive me', now you want to talk
but it's the same old record
So, I'm simply giving up on you
