Is this spring fever I am feeling?
I want to run outside and play,
I want to walk barefoot in the rain
and listen to the nightingale sing.

It is springtime and I am feeling antsy,
I want to shed winter's woolly sweater
for something less itchy
that reflects my brighter, happier mood.
