Music,poetry,relaxing

As I sit and ponder, listening to music allowing it to wash over me.

Freeing my mind and soul from all the bad thoughts they hold.

Letting the music reach those dark crevices of my mind and heart.

Singing the words I know ,relaxing my mind and soul.

Letting the rhythm relax and release the darkness from within.
