| THE SPIRIT OF ST. PADDY 'Ole Paddy's a Saint 'tis said. With a shamrock and cap on his head. His size not too portly In fact he's quite "shortly" He'd rather take drink than bread. March brings his spirit alive Drinking, and singing and jive. The bars will be full And senses thus dulled We pray they don't drink and then drive. Green as Himself they'll all be When daylight asscends, oh gee! Now time for work They'll think, "What a jerk!" And wish they had only had tea. |
