sometimes on a sunny day
i look at the sky and see
the suns rays reaching down
like fingers leaving their warmth
upon my face
beckoning me to follow
down this unfamiliar road
behind a place
I do not want to go back to
I know where I want to go
but not how to get there
sometimes on a sunny day
I look at the sky and see
my life flash before my eyes
anything to get out of this hell
