I miss you too

Poem, "I miss you too, but only part of you, or at least the part you used to be..."

I miss you too,

but only part of you,

or at least the part you used to be.

Now who knows who we our

with all this distant time between

the goodbye.

I don’t care about the faults,

mostly because I can’t even remember them.

And maybe that’s a good enough reason

to say hello again.

And maybe I’m lying to myself.

And maybe it doesn't matter.

And maybe it does.

And I’m pushing this off

just like I pushed you away.

I miss you too.
