| IT barks at me as a sign of rebellion, and then bites me with its pointy teeth. I tightly grip my stomach. IT barks again. IT kicks me with its kangaroo foot. I grip my stomach, I feel dizzy. IT barks but this time very loudly so loud everybody turns and stares as if I’m crazy. I shush it with a sip of water and nothing else. But I know it’ll come back, very soon. Hungry for more. |
