Picking someone over your self

If I had to choose between you and I
I'd choose you
Because I am only truly at peace when I am with you

If I where the night sky and you the stars
You would be the north star guiding me home

If I where the ocean and you the sand
Even my most powerful waves don't destroy you
Your my barrier moving with me in my most horrible storms.

If i had to choose between my self and you
I'd choose you for the simple fact that you are more important and I to myself
You are my reason for life.
For with out you i'd be nothing.
With out you I would only be a dark starless night
A deep ocean

For it is you that creates beauty inside of me.
